These are, I hope, self-explanitory. So, without further ado:

001: PLAY NICE

In other words, don't be a gigantic asshole. Pretty common sense, right? Right. We all know to play nice with others, ask before you do something that will affect others, and to pull on the grown up undies when it comes down to dealing with things.

You're all good peeps. Just please be polite. ♥

002: TALK TO EACH OTHER

Plot. Chat. Get excited about really stupid shit. Scream about characters needing to be pushed together so they'll finally kiss if they give you the dokis. It's what we do, right? But do it. Communication is key to any rp setting, and in this one, there's certainly no exception to that rule.

After all, we can't be sure we're not stepping on toes and being a dick if we don't ask around and plot and chat and whatever else you kids are calling it these days. Go wild on plurk. Go wild in the ooc comm. It's literally what it's there for. But communicate.

As a side note: HMDs are not required. I know, I know, but you know, we're here to fuck off in pirates-land. All I ask is that you leave some method of contact for others, so we can double-check and ask and offer whatever else when we need to. Standard rp rules apply to this: Communicate.

003: DO THINGS

Play. Plot. Be active. We're low pressure here, there's not an ac check beyond a check in (and, like a few other rps out there, points (in this case money) to buy ic and ooc rewards). But we can't keep playing in pirates-land if no one actually plays.

So do it. Do the thing. The whole 18th Century world is your oyster to do as you please in.
